Jade is the Principal Mediator at Mend Mediation.

Jade is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner registered with the Attorney-General’s Department. Jade is authorised under the Family Law Act to issue section 60I certificates, which allows parties to proceed to the Family Court when Family Dispute Resolution is either unsuccessful or not appropriate.

Jade graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (GDLP). 

Jade holds a Masters of Laws (LLM) (Majoring in Family Dispute Resolution).

Jade is an experienced family lawyer,  specialising in divorce, parenting and financial separation. Jade's experience as a family lawyer assists parties to navigate the family law system and reach an agreement to avoid lengthy Family Court proceedings.
